Country Escapades is 70 acres in the heart of Ohio, a place for families, friend groups, and teams looking to get away from the busyness and reconnect. A place to think, slow down, and explore. The land offers plenty of room for outdoor activities. A stocked pond with a dock invites fishing, kayaking and swimming. Trails wind through woods and open fields, home to a few farm animals and wildlife, with views that make the whole trip feel worth it.
Stays span three properties, The Lodge, The Roost, and The Hoot, so every group can find the right fit. Have an extra large group, enjoy the whole property to yourselves. Hosts Jeff, Amy, and their team manage each stay to keep the experience genuine and well cared for. Rooted in faith, family, and the love of the outdoors, Country Escapades offers an inviting atmosphere for guests to slow down and reset. No agenda, no distractions. Come unplug from everyday life, reconnect with the people beside you, and leave grounded and refreshed, grateful for your unique life.
The property is also home to Kokosing River Outfitters, offering guided whitetail deer and turkey hunts in central Ohio since 2009.
The Lodge
Hidden away on 70 acres in the heart of Ohio, The Lodge sleeps up to 12 with plenty of room for family reunions, gatherings with friends, or a slow weekend.
The Roost
The Roost, a former turkey brooder barn, is now a rustic home that sleeps up to 14 in the Ohio countryside. Cozy up by the wood-burning stove or fire pit and enjoy the country views.
The Hoot
The Hoot is a cozy retreat that sleeps up to 4 guests, located just a mile from the farm. It is a quiet space for a smaller group, or the perfect addition when your group staying on the farm needs more space.
The Wandering Table
If you come once you will want to come again! The Wandering Table is a unique countryside dining experience where thoughtfully prepared local food, shared stories, and unhurried connection bring people together around an unexpected table.
